This first picture is of me (surprise) and a puppy we found in a field in the middle of nowhere.
It's sooo cute. I wanted to take it home and make it our pet. But the white handbook of rules says that we can't have pets. And it already belonged to someone. And thou shalt not steal is also one of the Ten Commandments. Sooo... The dog stayed in the field in the middle of nowhere. (I'm crying tears of great sadness.)
This second picture is of us eating. I'm holding a glow in the dark key chain that came inside the chocolate Easter egg we bought for dessert.
And the last picture below is my companion and me eating lunch at our service.
We painted the house that our branch mission leader rents out. Mama, don't ever come to Argentina. You would die if you saw what we did. We literally just painted over the wall. We didn't clean it or anything. All of the mold and writing and chipped paint from the former inhabitant, still there underneath the new layer of salmon pink paint. And when the paint started to peel away when we ran the paint roller over it, no worries, just get out the normal paint brushes and dab the paint onto the wall. You can use the new paint to re-glue the old paint to the wall. All in all, our branch mission leader was very content with our service.
